Serving Time 11:00-7:00

 Each member is responsible for bringing 2 Homemade Pies or more if you would like.

Each club is responsible for bringing 3 boxes of crackers.

No one under the age of16 is allowed in the kitchen!  

Work Schedule‑

There NEEDS to be 3 adults from EACH club for each time slot. Please make sure that we have these people to help out, Kids can come after school to help for the evening hours.

The time slots are:

8:30 am – 1:15pm

11:45 am – 4:00 pm

4-:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Please have pies to the 4H building by 10:30 am.
