Fiddler’s Contest Work Schedule (Revised)

 

FIDDLER’S CONTEST  September 17-20 

The Dogs R Us club is chairing this event and we are looking forward to working with all of you to provide the meals and snacks for this event.  Each club will need 6 workers, 2 of which need to be 21 years old or older, to work during their assigned shifts.  No one under the age of 16 is allowed to work in the kitchen.  Younger members will take and serve orders. 

WORK SCHEDULE  

Friday, September 17th
4:00 pm – 7:00 pm         Mission Hill Hillers
7:00 pm – 10:00 pm       Gayville Achievers 

Saturday, September 18th
6:45 am – 10:00 am       Dogs R Us
9:45 am – 1:00 pm          Happy Go Lucky
12:45 pm –  4:00 pm      Boots and Saddles
3:45 pm – 7:00 pm         Get up and Go
6:45 pm – 10:00 pm       Shooting Sports 

Sunday, September 20th
6:45 am – 10:15 m         Clever Clovers
10:00 am – 2:00 pm       Yankton Clovers
2:00 pm – 5:30 pm         Rough Riders 

Each club is responsible for providing the following food donations for the event.  Please contact Cheryl Lemon (661-4786), Joyce Anderson (665-4158) or Todd Rothenberger (661- 4764) if you have any questions.

DROP OFF ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 17 BEFORE 4:00 PM 

Gayville Achievers–3 apple pies and 2 pans (9×13) of brownies (uncut)
Get Up and Go–3 pumpkin pies and 2 pans 9×13) of brownies (uncut)
Happy Go Lucky–3 cherry pies and 2 pans (9×13) brownies (uncut) 

Clever Clovers–3 apple pies (uncut) and 3 dozen cookies(3″ diameter, bagged (2/bag)
Boots and Saddles–3 dozen snack bags of puppy chow or chex mix or trail mix
Rough Riders–3 dozen snack bags of puppy chow or chex mix or trail mix
Yankton Clovers–6 dozen seedless grapes

DROP OFF ON SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 18 BEFORE 7:00 PM: 

Shooting sports–6 large cantaloupe (uncut)

DROP OFF ON SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 19 BEFORE 10:00 PM: 

Mission Hill Hillers–6 angel food cakes (uncut)
